Before going in depth, I conducted Heuristic Analysis to understand Riipen in the student user pov. I also talked with the product manager to understand the business goals.

Feedback
After implementing design updates, we conducted six user tests and saw a 5/5 task success rate, an improvement from the previous version, along with a 32% increase in ease of use.
